<p>Using Tofu for plant-based living is common. The fact is it is one of those staples that can take on many different flavors. This is a great thing so that you can enhance it in many different ways. Here is an excellent example of a recipe using to help with your plant-based living lifestyle.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">If you want to eat something easy, low-carb, and delicious, prepare this Tofu with Turmeric.</h2>



<p>How do you prepare?</p>



<p>You can use most store-bought Tofu because it is firm and has a good consistency.</p>



<p>First, you must drain all the liquid and wrap it in paper napkins for about 10 minutes.</p>



<p>Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine 3 cups of Turmeric, 3 Cups of Chickpea flour or Almond, salt, and pepper (mix everything), and reserve.</p>

<p>Cut the Tofu in small bitesize squares but not too small. And pass the squares through the mix of Curcuma until they are all breaded.</p>



<p>If it&#8217;s in the oven, spray some avocado oil in each bucket for crunchy consistency.</p>



<p>And if it&#8217;s in the pan, heat the pan well and add some avocado oil and fry both sides.</p>



<p>Accompany with a delicious salad or some asparagus and roasted axes, also with broccolis</p>



<p>Add some sesame, vinegar, lemon, and a pinch of salt.</p>



<p>Here you can use your air fryer or preheat the oven, or in a pan.</p>
