The Pomegranate, aside from being Sweet-Acid and Juicy, has a lot of health properties!
Most of the benefits of Pomegranate are its wealth in antioxidant compounds; Great Responsible for its Benefits are its Antioxidant polyphenols. The tannins they have demonstrated in a study by American scientists have anticancer properties to reduce division and induce death of tumor cells.
Studies show your polyphenols could reduce or avoid inflammatory processes and help reduce and risk metabolic diseases such as diabetes, where inflammation has an important etiological role, as concluded by research published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology.
It’s A WONDER! It has so many more properties, including the fact it is loaded with vitamins and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin C.
For the Guacamole, because it’s pretty straightforward:
Two ripe Avocado’s
1 cup Pomegranate
Juice of 4 lemons
Chile Serrano to taste
This is an easy dish to make and a little trick. Keep the Avocado Pit and squirt a little lemon juice on it to keep it from turning color before serving. Eat this after you prepare it—so many ways to eat it or use it as a dip.
