Using Tofu for plant-based living is common. The fact is it is one of those staples that can take on many different flavors. This is a great thing so that you can enhance it in many different ways. Here is an excellent example of a recipe using to help with your plant-based living lifestyle.

If you want to eat something easy, low-carb, and delicious, prepare this Tofu with Turmeric.
How do you prepare?
You can use most store-bought Tofu because it is firm and has a good consistency.
First, you must drain all the liquid and wrap it in paper napkins for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine 3 cups of Turmeric, 3 Cups of Chickpea flour or Almond, salt, and pepper (mix everything), and reserve.
Cut the Tofu in small bitesize squares but not too small. And pass the squares through the mix of Curcuma until they are all breaded.
If it’s in the oven, spray some avocado oil in each bucket for crunchy consistency.
And if it’s in the pan, heat the pan well and add some avocado oil and fry both sides.
Accompany with a delicious salad or some asparagus and roasted axes, also with broccolis
Add some sesame, vinegar, lemon, and a pinch of salt.
Here you can use your air fryer or preheat the oven, or in a pan.
