<h3>Preparation:</h3>
<p>Place your Quinoa, water, and salt in a covered pot. Heat over medium heat until it boils, lower heat, and cook for about 15 minutes or wait till the Quinoa is soft, and water is absorbed.</p>
<p>Pour the Quinoa into a medium bowl and mix the frozen edamame, carrots, bell peppers, and purple kale.<br />
In a little bowl or jar to shake, prepare the dressing by mixing Sesame oil, Rice Vinegar, chopped Ginger, and Sesame seeds.</p>
<p>Pour the dressing mixture over the Quinoa and vegetables, and mix well. Enjoy it immediately, or save it in a covered container for later.</p>

<p>Bring a large pot of saltwater to a boil. If you&#8217;re using broccoli, boil for another three minutes. After that, transfer all the content to a boiling bowl.</p>
<p>Take a larger saucepan and heat the oil over medium heat. Once the onion is tender, add a pinch of salt until it turns translucent. Add garlic powder, grated potato, red pepper flakes, and mustard powder. Stir continuously for one minute to enhance the flavors.</p>
<p>Next, mix cashew nuts and water, and simmer to avoid a rapid boil. For about 8 minutes &#8211; the potatoes will be completely tender.</p>
<p>Pour the mixture into a blender and mix for a few minutes. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add some water. Taste the blend to ensure the sauce is irresistible. If the mixture needs a little more zip, you can add some vinegar.</p>
<p>Pour the mixture into the bowl of pasta, stir, and serve immediately. Any leftovers can be chilled for a couple of days. When you need to use the sauce, you can add water to loosen up.</p>

<p>Divide the burger into four portions, place patties into the plate, and put them in a refrigerator. This will help to firm up. Finally, cook the burger patties over medium heat for five minutes before flipping. Serve while hot.</p>

<p>This fresh salad is so easy to make and can be done with so many substitutions. You can accompany this refreshing dish with your protein or snack or a light dinner. This is the perfect opportunity to add some sprouted beans or Microgreens.</p>
<h2>Asian Cucumber / Zucchini Salad</h2>
<p>For two people ingredients</p>
<ul>
<li>Two Cucumbers or Zucchini</li>
<li>Two large Carrots</li>
<li>1 tsp Salt</li>
<li>Two tablespoons Rice Vinegar</li>
<li>1 tsp yellow Lemon Juice</li>
<li>2-3 tablespoons of Honey, to taste</li>
<li>1 tsp Roasted Sesame Oil</li>
<li>Pinch of Red Pepper flakes to taste.</li>
<li>½-1 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds</li>
<li>Two tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped (optional)</li>

<ul>
<li>If you have a spiralizer, use it to spiralize the cucumbers or Zucchini and carrots into long noodles; if you don&#8217;t have a spiral, cut the carrots and cucumber finely with a knife.</li>
<li>Spiral Cucumber/Zucchini in a strainer and mix with one teaspoon salt.</li>
<li>Let the cucumber squeeze for 10 minutes to remove excess water.</li>
<li>Meanwhile, mix vinegar, lemon juice, honey, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds in a small bowl.</li>
<li>Once the cucumber has drained a bit, spread it over a layer of paper towels or a clean kitchen cloth, and gently rub as much moisture as possible. Place the ′′ noodles ′′ in a large bowl and add 2-3 tablespoons of dressing to cover. Mix to match, then adorn with sesame seeds and fresh coriander. And done</li>

<h2>Lentil Patties that are Super High in Protean</h2>
<p>If you&#8217;re trying to reduce your animal protein consumption and start living a vegan lifestyle, start one or two days a week! For example, today, Monday! There is an international nonprofit campaign called Meatless Monday where they motivate people to reduce their meat consumption for their health, to help save the planet and for animals.</p>
<h2>Lentil Patties With Potato</h2>
<h3>Ingredients</h3>
<ul>
<li>Two large potatoes/or sweet potatoes peeled and cooked average size, not the little ones.</li>
<li>2 cups of red lentils/or Yellow/ already cooked</li>
<li>1/2 onions, chopped</li>
<li>Two cloves of garlic</li>
<li>Two teaspoons of turmeric</li>
<li>Two teaspoons smoked paprika * optional</li>
<li>One teaspoon cumin</li>
<li>One teaspoon coriander</li>
<li>Two teaspoons parsley (fresh)</li>
<li>1/2 + teaspoon salt and pepper to taste</li>
<li>Olive oil or Coconut oil</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preparation</h3>
<p>Place potatoes, lentils, onions, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, parsley, and salt and pepper in a blender/food processor and blend them until well incorporated.</p>
<p>Take the mixture and place it in a bowl, shape balls like the size of a meatball, and then mix gently, rolling them in the palms of your hands.</p>
<p>Then take them and push them into patties yet not to hard, then let them sit for a while.</p>
<p>Now, heat the pan and add some oil and start adding the patties and cook them for 4-5 minutes on each side.</p>
<p>Served on a bed of vegetables, with a small cucumber salad and maybe some guacamole or whatever your heart desires. These taste great and give you the sensation that you are eating meat. So let&#8217;s all do our part and try these recipes or ones like it and join the meatless revolution. We all need to help do our part.</p>

<p>Super easy vegan bowl recipes by Plant-based lifestyle living has another super easy-to-make and enjoys Vegan plant-based recipes for everyone to enjoy. <p>When preparing these bowls, you can choose whatever you like instead of Chickpeas; you can not roast and add Edamame.</p>



<p>For a quick and easy Vegan Bowl, you can substitute so many things you enjoy. This is just one idea and one meal. The combinations are endless. Be creative and practice Plant-based lifestyle living.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Super Easy Vegan Bowl Recipes Ingredients</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Honey maple toasted Chickpeas</li><li>40 grams of cooked Chickpeas</li><li>1 TBSN of Olive Oil</li><li>1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt</li><li>1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon</li><li>Two teaspoons Maple Honey or Pure Canadain Maple Syrup</li><li>1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper</li></ul>



<p>Then Stir your Chickpeas with olive oil, salt, Cinnamon, Honey, and Cayenne Pepper. Place them on the bake and bake tray for 30-35 minutes until they&#8217;re golden and crispy.</p>



<p>One medium sweet Potato cut them into tiny pieces, not too small, not too big, make sure they are all the same size.</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Place the sweet Potato on another tray and bake for 20-30 minutes until they&#8217;re tender. Cook them at the same time.</li><li>2 cups of cooked Quinoa/Buckwheat/</li><li>One sliced Avocado</li><li>1 cup of Kale or more can be a great time to add more or less depending on what you have left, shredded it into pieces</li><li>Also, add some shredded Red Cabbage to the bowl to your liking.</li></ul>



<p>You can substitute the Kale for any of your favorite greens.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">For the Salsa</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>One clove of fresh Garlic</li><li>Two tablespoons Lemon juice</li><li>1/4 cup of Tahini</li><li>Two tablespoons Olive Oil</li><li>Use a little Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste</li><li>2-4 tablespoons of water (* depending on how thick the Tahini is, you may need more or less water to dilute the sauce)</li></ul>

<p>Super easy vegan bowl recipes, again you can use whatever Vegan salsa you wish, from Pesto to again whatever your heart and appetite desire.</p>



<p>To prepare the dressing, mix Garlic with Lemon and Tahini and Oil everything until it&#8217;s soft.</p>



<p>Place in a bowl in different sections and drizzle the Salsa to taste.</p>

<p>Using Tofu for plant-based living is common. The fact is it is one of those staples that can take on many different flavors. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">If you want to eat something easy, low-carb, and delicious, prepare this Tofu with Turmeric.</h2>



<p>How do you prepare?</p>



<p>You can use most store-bought Tofu because it is firm and has a good consistency.</p>



<p>First, you must drain all the liquid and wrap it in paper napkins for about 10 minutes.</p>



<p>Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine 3 cups of Turmeric, 3 Cups of Chickpea flour or Almond, salt, and pepper (mix everything), and reserve.</p>

<p>Cut the Tofu in small bitesize squares but not too small. And pass the squares through the mix of Curcuma until they are all breaded.</p>



<p>If it&#8217;s in the oven, spray some avocado oil in each bucket for crunchy consistency.</p>



<p>And if it&#8217;s in the pan, heat the pan well and add some avocado oil and fry both sides.</p>



<p>Accompany with a delicious salad or some asparagus and roasted axes, also with broccolis</p>



<p>Add some sesame, vinegar, lemon, and a pinch of salt.</p>



<p>Here you can use your air fryer or preheat the oven, or in a pan.</p>
